Bruce Sherley, P.Eng., President and Chief Executive Officer of Dundee Energy, the parent company of subsidiary Dundee Energy Limited Partnership that in 2010 acquired oil and gas assets in southern Ontario. Mr. Sherley joined the company in 1999 and has played a major role its oil and gas operations, maturing its underground natural gas storage project in Spain, and evaluating the company’s exploration acreage internationally. Mr. Sherley spent 23 years with Home Oil Company Limited in various management and executive capacities of increasing responsibility in Canadian and international operations.

 

Samuel Ingram has served as a director of the Company since July, 2010.  Mr. Ingram has over 30 years experience in resource industries, having been Chief Legal Officer for publicly listed oil and gas and mining companies. Mr. Ingram has also been a member of several public company boards.

 

 

Garth MacRae has served as a director of the company since 1994. Mr. MacRae has over 40 years of experience in the resource industry, as well as over 20 years of public accounting experience. Mr. MacRae has held executive positions with Hudson Bay Mining, Brinco Limited and Denison Mines Limited and served as Vice Chairman of Dundee Corporation from 1993 until 2004. Mr. MacRae holds a Chartered Professional Accountant designation. He is also a director of several publicly-traded natural resource companies.
